At NRPS, each group plays a key role to achieve the vision:
Parents: Support learning at home and at school by attending meetings, supervising school work, encouraging respect, and being active and positive in school life.
Educators: Teach with preparation and care. Control and mark learner work, give feedback, support struggling learners, show respect, and work as a team.
Support Staff: Keep the school clean, safe, secure, and well-managed through honesty, punctuality, teamwork, financial control, and support for all.
School Governing Body (SGB): Provide leadership and governance. Support quality education, manage funds, implement policies, stay informed, and model parent participation.
School Management Team (SMT): Lead by example. Guide curriculum, ensure time frames and accountability, support discipline, communicate transparently, and consult staff.
Learners: Respect everyone, attend school diligently, complete tasks on time, respect property and peers, and behave well in all school activities.
